WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. Each block will be 4 minutes long. You will have a strength and cardio exercise paired together for each one. Your strength exercise will decrease in time each round while cardio will ALWAYS be ONLY 30 seconds. We will make our way through each block and end hard with hitting each strength exercise once for the final set!
