WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 3, 9-10 minute blocks to work our way through. We don’t move on to the next block until completing a 1 minute freestyle “-JACK” cardio blast. We are focusing mostly on arms, but will still have one challenging all leg block! The last block will be a 4-5 minute burn out arm circuit hitting every upper body muscle. We will finish with a 3 minute core blast!
