WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. INSANITY! There will be no block longer than 4:30…some as short as 2:30. After each block will be a 30 second cardio blast once completing 3 rounds of the 4:30 block. Once we complete (2) 4:30 blocks, we bring all the exercises together as one set then finish with 1-2 minutes of cardio before moving on to next block. This may make no sense, just be ready to MOVE, SWEAT, & BURN!
