WHAT TO EXPECT:This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. Fast moving day with every block being only 6 minutes long or less. There are 2 strength exercises and 1 cardio exercises for each block that we will complete for a total of 3 rounds before moving on to the next one. There are a lot of challenging compound exercises that will keep your heart rate elevated with minimal recovery! We keep this going for the entire hour, ending hard with an ONLY cardio block! High Intensity day!
