WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are staying under 5 minutes for each block with 3 rounds of 2 exercises. Once we complete the first 3 blocks there will be another 5 minute block with each of the exercises. Then the fun begins! We have 2 rounds of 6 different cardio exercises timed at 30 seconds each for a 6 minute cardio punch/kick circuit. After cardio, there are 2 more 4-5 minute blocks of strength exercises, which will be combined as one block after completing 3 rounds each. We are ending hard with one more round of the same cardio punch/kick circuit!!
