WHAT TO EXPECT:This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. Every block will be 7:30 minutes long with 3 exercises in each, including 45 seconds of cardio each round. There will be quick transitions moving from one exercise to the next to keep your heart rate elevated. This will be a total body workout with an even distribution of arms and legs with lower impact cardio. We are ending with a 4 min core blast!
