This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up.  We have a total of 6 five minute blocks that have 2 exercises each.  Once we complete 3 rounds of the first block, we are moving on to 30 seconds of cardio.  We alternate between a strength block and cardio block the entire hour.  Your cardio block will always have an add on exercise, which will increase your time by 30 seconds each round.  We work our way all the way up to a 3 minute cardio block with 6 exercises timed at 30 seconds each!
