WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. Lower intensity workout, but still challenging! We are starting with a 6 minute strength block followed by a 3 minute core/cardio block. In each strength block there will be an added exercise, which will make each block a little longer than the previous one. There will always be a 3 minute core/cardio block in between each strength block. Our last block will be the funnest of all…we are going freestyle!! Any exercise, core, or cardio that you have done in the previous blocks will be called out on the fly. Quick transitions and just craziness at the end of this one!
