WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have ONE long block that will be 12 minutes long, which we will complete for a total of 4 rounds. Everything is 30 seconds!!! Power, strength, and endurance are the focus of this session. We are working arms, legs, core, and cardio with quick transitions. Your heart rate will be elevated the entire time with minimal time to rest!
