WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are on the move with challenging blocks of strength and cardio! Each block will range in 4-6 minutes with a combination of strength exercises and cardio. After we complete 2 blocks for 3 rounds, there will be an only strength block with the exercises from the previous blocks combined as one. We will do the same for the cardio in each of the previous 2 blocks. We keep this going for the hour. Your heart rate will be elevated the entire hour, burning tons of calories. WE DON’T STOP TIL THE END!
