WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. There is more focus on strength in this session with every block timed at less than 5 minutes. There will be 2 exercises in each block for 3 rounds. Once we complete one block, we move on to the next one which will have 2 exercises for 3 rounds. We then put the 2 blocks together for a 4th round, this time adding cardio before moving on to the next 2 blocks. We keep this going the entire hour, the only difference is the cardio will increase by 30 seconds each time!
