TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 4-5 minute blocks with 3 rounds each of strength exercises. After completing the 3 rounds, there will be 30-60 seconds of cardio before moving on the next block of 2 exercises. We will continue this pattern the entire hour working on quick transitions when your arms and legs are fatigued! This session will go by quickly with 60 minutes of hard work!
