WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are focusing on pure strength working on an upper body and lower body exercise in each block, which will all be 6 minutes long. There will be 4 sets in each block with descending timed intervals. Great strength session, working the muscles HARD!
