WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. Your power, strength, & endurance will be put to the test with blocks ranging from 8-12 minutes. Your power and strength exercises will all be 30-45 seconds and your timed cardio will decrease in time by 15 seconds each round!
