WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 4 blocks to make our way through ranging in time between 10-14 minutes. After finishing 3 rounds in each block, there will be a 2 minute challenge! During this challenge, your goal will be to get through as many rounds as possible during the 2 minutes and match or beat it each time. Great mix of strength, endurance, power, cardio, and core in this one!
