WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are working 4 blocks that are ranging in time between 7-8 minutes! We are focusing on upper body, lower body, compound exercises, & cardio in each one. Once we make our way through each block at 3 rounds each, we are finishing hard with an only strength and only cardio block for a strong finish!
