WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have a 14 minute all UPPER body block that we will make our way through 3 times. We are then moving on to a 5 minute core block, followed by a 14 minute LOWER body block. We will end with a 10 minute block alternating between the upper and lower body timed at 30-45 second intervals. The challenge of the day is to get through the last block matching or increasing your weight from the earlier in the session.
