WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are starting with a 7:30 min block that will have upper body, lower body, and core. After completing 3 rounds we have 1 min of cardio then go into another 7:30 min block, followed by 2 min of cardio. Then we will take each block and have a 4th round of all strength, core, and cardio before moving on to the next block of legs/shoulders, 90 sec cardio. We end hard with all upper body and 1 min of cardio! Hard Work Wednesday
