WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 3 blocks ranging in time between 10 and 18 minutes. The first 2 blocks will have arms, legs, core, and cardio. The last block will be a challenging block with mini bands, but if you don’t have them you will still be challenged with DB’s. You will all have buns of steel by the end of this one!
