WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. Each block will have ONLY 2 exercises, 3 sets, decreasing time each round. After completing each set, we have 1-2 minutes of cardio before moving on to the next one. HIGH CALORIE burning day to make up for the damage done this weekend! BE READY TO WORK AND MOVE QUICKLY!
