WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 3 blocks ranging in time between 10-15 minutes. Each block will have lower and upper body exercises, core, and cardio (under 45 seconds). After we have completed 3 rounds of the first 2 blocks we are putting all the strength exercises together as a third block, core exercises as a 4th block, and cardio as a 5th block. We will end hard with an ONLY UPPER BODY circuit!
