WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 3, 10-15 minute blocks working a mix of upper body, lower body, compound exercises, and body weight exercises. After completing 3 rounds of each block we are going into 1-2 minutes of cardio followed by a 90 second core blast before moving on to the next block!
