WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have one long block that will have 2 strength exercises followed by one challenging cardio combination of exercises, timed at 45 seconds each. We keep this going for 45 minutes and end hard with an all strength block followed by an all cardio block. We are working total body fitness in more ways than one! High intensity, calorie burning day!
