WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We will complete 4 blocks ranging in time from 9-12 minutes working a mix of upper & lower body, core, & cardio in each one. Fast moving 4 rounds in each block with most exercises timed at 30 seconds each. We are moving quickly!
