WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 3 blocks ranging from 7-10 minutes with timed cardio blasts ranging from 1-2 minutes between each one. Our cardio blocks will increase 30 seconds between each longer block. After the longer blocks, we have shorter blocks with a different mix of the same exercises from the previous blocks ranging in time from 1:45-2:30 and only one time through. Cardio will decrease by 30 seconds in-between these shorter blocks. I don’t think this will make any sense to any of you, but it will when we start class … I PROMISE!
