WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. Fast paced blocks ranging in time from 3-5 minutes. Each block will have only 2 exercises for 3 rounds. We will Total body workout with compound exercises, cardio, isolated exercises, dumbbells, no dumbbells, punching, lunging, squatting, jacking, planking, running, mountain climbing. You should be exhausted reading this because that is how you feel after tomorrow’s ON FIRE session! Hard work for 60 minutes challenging your muscular strength, cardiovascular capacity, & endurance!
