WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. Each block will be around 9-10 minutes long working on a power or leg exercise, cardio exercise, upper body exercise, & a core exercise for each one. We are focusing on total body strength & power with timed intervals ranging from 30-45 seconds!
