WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 2 longer blocks in this session. One is focusing on upper body (chest/back) with a 90 second cardio blast between each round. The other block is working all lower body (glutes/hammys/quads) with a 90 second cardio blast between each round. Last block will be a combination of the 2 blocks, alternating an upper with lower body exercise!
