WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. Total body strength session with dumbbells but with cardio in each block that will be 30-45 second blasts for each one. Each block will be 6-8 minutes with compound exercises, compound cardio exercises, and isolated muscle strengthening. Be ready to move with quick transitions!
