WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are hitting the dumbells hard with everything timed ranging from 30-45 seconds. Each block will be 6-8 minutes each with 3 exercises in each one. Hips, Glutes, and Bicep/Tricep are targeted in this one. You will be BURNING everywhere!
