WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are working through 4 rounds in each block. We will have an upper body, lower body, cardio, and core exercises in each block. Once we complete the 4 rounds, with descending timed intervals, we move on to the next one. Total body blast…we are hitting every muscle group in this one!
