WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. Each block will have 4 exercises. There will be 3 sets for the first 2 exercises then we move on to the next 2 exercises for another 3 sets. The 4th set will be all 4 exercises before moving on to the next block. There is challenging cardio in each block, but you will also find your heart rate will increase with the strength exercises. WE end hard with a challenging bonus block!
