WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. Blocks will range in time between 9 and 11 minutes. We are working an upper body, lower body, cardio, and core exercise in each block. There are some new, challenging exercises and combinations in this one! No exercise/core/cardio is longer than 45 seconds! BE READY TO MOVE!
