WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are working through one looonngg block that has 16 exercises total. We have a different upper body, lower body, core, and cardio exercise on rotation for 4 blocks put together as one. We will complete 4 sets with descending time. Once we make our way through each exercise the first time, we will be picking up the pace with quick transitions as your upper body will be resting while working your lower body. Lots of work to be done in the 60 minutes!
