WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We will have 4 blocks ranging in time of 9-10 minutes each, completing 3 rounds each. Great mix of upper and lower body working on power, strength, & muscular endurance. We will end hard with a challenging core block!
