WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. Challenging strength session with 4 rounds of exercises to complete before moving on to the next block. Tough combinations of exercises to test your strength and muscular endurance in each block. Blocks range in time between 7-10 minutes … the only rest you will have is when I am explaining the exercises! Total body focused!
