WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have blocks ranging in time between 5-12 minutes working our way through 3 rounds before hitting 1 minute of cardio between each one. We are focusing on compound movements, upper body, lower body, & core in each block. Challenging combinations of exercises and 60 second blocks of cardio!
