WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 3 longer blocks around 14 minutes each. We will work our way through 3 rounds in each block focusing on upper and lower body strength. There will be some low impact cardio in each block ranging from 3060 seconds. We end with a core blast!
