WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have longer blocks lasting 15 minutes each. First block will be all upper body with 2 minutes of cardio after completing the 3 rounds. Second block will be the same, except working all lower body. The third block will be alternating an upper body exercise from the first block with the lower body exercise from the second block. This will be a high intense block with quick transitions, followed by another 2 minutes of cardio. We will finish hard with a core block!
