TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are mixing it up with blocks lasting 10-15 minutes and exercises ranging in time alternating 60 and 30 seconds. Your strength will be 60 seconds when your cardio is 30 seconds…your cardio will be 60 seconds when your strength is 30 seconds. Strength, core, cardio all in the mix tomorrow. Be ready to move fast, quick transitions to get A LOT of work done in the 60 minutes.
