WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 2 long blocks to make our way through, 3 times each. Both blocks I am throwing everything at you - upper and lower body, dumbbells, body weight, compound exercises, quick cardio blasts. In between the longer blocks we have a 2 min cardio block. Be ready to work!
