TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are focusing on CHEST, BACK, LEGS, & CORE working through challenging blocks with minimal rest. COMPOUND SETS are successive exercises without rest working the same muscle. We have 3 rounds of chest, back, & legs with 1 min of cardio agility in between each. A strong core block to finish the hour!
