TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. All blocks are a combination of upper and lower body with a 5 min cardio block in between each one. We are getting some aggression out with a 5 min cardio PUNCH circuit in between each total body block. Be ready to move quickly, work hard, and burn tons of calories during and after this one!
