WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 4 blocks ranging in time between 8 to 13 minutes. Each block will have an upper and lower body exercise, a 30 second cardio blast, and a 30 second core exercise in each one. In between each block we have 1-2 minutes of cardio before moving on to the next one. High calorie burning day!
