WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. Total body workout using dumbbells & bodyweight. Each block will be around 6-7 minutes long, 2 exercises, and 4 rounds total! We are going back and forth between each exercise with QUICK transitions. In between each block there will be challenging cardio lasting 1-2 minutes before moving on to the next block. BE ready to transition fast with minimal rest, work hard for 60 minutes, & end this week off with your hardest effort yet. HIGH CALORIE BURNING DAY!
