WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 4 blocks ranging in time between 8-10 minutes. Each block will have a lower body, upper body, core, and low impact form of a “jack” lasting ONLY 30 seconds. We will make our way through each block 3 times and end hard with a 3 minute burn out upper body block!
