WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are focusing on a total body lift tomorrow with some low impact cardio thrown into the mix at the end of each round. We have 4 blocks that will be around 10 minutes long. First block will be 3 rounds of upper body, second block will be 2 rounds of legs, third block will be 3 rounds of arms, fourth block will be 2 more rounds of legs. We hit every muscle for a total body blast … finishing hard with some core work!
