WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have a quick moving day coming with each set only being 2 exercises for 4 rounds each. The rotation will be 2 strength exercises paired together for 4 rounds then a core and cardio exercise paired together for 4 rounds. We will keep alternating strength blocks with a cardio/core block until the end! Fun and fast moving!
