WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 4 blocks working a mix of upper body, lower body, and core. Each block will have exercises with & without dumbbells. There will be challenging body weight exercises to fatigue the muscles even more after completing the exercises with dumbbells. After each 7-9 minute block we are going into FREESTYLE CARDIO! We have 5-6 cardio exercises I will be throwing at you to keep it moving quickly ranging in time from 1-2 minutes total! Be ready to work hard with and without the weights, moving quickly the entire hour!
