WHAT TO EXPECT: This class includes a 5-minute dynamic warm up. One LONG set as we make our way through multiple exercises with the goal of completing 3-4 rounds total. We will use dumbbells & bodyweight, challenging your total body power, strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. This workout is a great way to finish the week off strong and burn tons of calories during and after!
